Purpose of Appeal:
I am currently working with Richard Kedrowski (Badge Number 320) and Stephen Mastey (the former homeowner who designed the rain garden) and need more time to get clarity on the traffic sight line issue regarding the 18-inch requirement.
The trimming of the plants over the curb and sidewalk is completed.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Seth Richardson to a Summary Abatement Order at 2350 BAYLESS PLACE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal allowing plant heights up to 36" 24" (rather than 18") within the boulevard area designated as "Sight Line in the attached diagram and up to 5 in the area between the sidewalk and the area designated as "Sight Line"' around the bend in the boulevard; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
