Would like to appeal at least 2 of the orders and possibly more (along with timeline) based on feedback from contractors.  In process of gathering information.  Kindly request meeting set for June 4th. Thank you.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Jon T. Kotch, Wiser Time PMG, LLC to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1996 ASHLAND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until August 1, 2013 for other kinds of repair work; grant until September 1, 2013 for parking issue and painting; and forthcoming on the porch issue grant until August 1, 2013 to repair the porch; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
