WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Brian Bellendorf to a Denial of a Request for Fence Variance at 1214 Saint Albans Street North, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant variance for fence height from front of property to sidewalk as follows: one 8' section to be 6' tall, next 8' section to be 5' tall and final 8' length section to be 4' tall; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
