Purpose of Appeal
Upstairs has been vacant since Feb. I have been working in property everyday after work. Took off a week from work 6-19-11 through 6-24-11. My downstairs tenant just moved out end of May. Will have everything done by end of Jul 11. Please give me until Aug 11. The work will be done then. Thank you!

WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Dale Wobbe to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy at 869 ALBEMARLE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends the City Council grant a 90-day waiver on the vacant building fee if the appellant can get an inspector out in four weeks and be in full compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
