Purpose of Appeal: We just finished construction, and will be putting it on the market shortly. It will no longer be vacant or a cat 2. (We should be done with cat 2 inspection to receive certificate next week)

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Bryndee Barton to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 415 BANFIL STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
