WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Daniel Ward II to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Approval with Corrections at 2034 REANEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to September 1, 2020 for compliance and property should not be reoccupied following the vacate of the current tenant(s), unless a Fire Certificate of Occupancy has been issued; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
