Title

Approving the 325 Commercial St final (combined) plat.

Body

WHEREAS, Northern States Power Company, PEDSUB-000107-2025, submitted for City Council approval the attached final plat to create four (4) lots and on property at 325 Commercial street; and

 

WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the final plat and found, subject to recommended conditions, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69, subdivision regulations, of the Zoning Code; and

 

WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing before the City Council for the plat was duly published in the official newspaper of the City and notices were duly mailed to each owner of affected property and property situated wholly or partly within 350 feet of the subject property; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing for the proposed plat on November 5, 2025, at which all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard; and

 

WHEREAS, the Council, having considered all the facts, recommendations, and testimony concerning the plat, including the report and recommendations from Department of Planning and Economic Development (PED) staff under PEDSUBD-000107-2025, dated October 24, 2025, and the findings therein;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached 325 Commercial St Final Plat to create four (4) lots and on property at 325 Commercial street), subject to the following conditions:

 

1.                     The applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the plat with the Ramsey County Recorder’s Office.
