Request to be removed from CO requirement: above address is our family homestead. Family members occupy only. Son's family. Not rented or sold. I also have a small condo at 165 Western, St. Paul. I am not permanent at either address of late.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Patrick Igo to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 819 HOLLY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal to be out of the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program provided Mr. Igo provide proof his son, per document, is part owner of the property as proof of son's part ownership has been provided; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
