Title

Appeal of Michael Allen to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1721, 1725 and 1729 CARROLL AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Nov. 24, 2020 at 2:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Since July 2020, we have been working with the City of St. Paul on applying for numerous variances in order to eventually pull permits.  We have since received approval from the St. Paul zoning officials, planning commission, and local neighborhood organizations.  We expect to start to pull building permits for this location asap.  Additionally, we spoke with James Hoffman and he shows that numerous letters from the St. Paul Fire Department were never delivered to me.  This Building is not vacant and will very soon be part of a cluster development.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  Oct. 29, 2020
