Review Request for Appeal of Paris Getty to a Condemnation Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate and a Summary Abatement Order at 855 THIRD STREET EAST.

Body

WHEREAS, on April 22, 2026, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH VO 26-20, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Condemnation Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate and a Summary Abatement Order granting additional extension; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to June 26, 2026 for compliance; and

WHERAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and

WHEREAS, Property Owner, Paris Getty, has requested another additional extension beyond June 26, 2026 as he was unable to complete the repairs due to medical reason; and

WHEREAS, this matter will be reviewed at the June 23, 2026 Legislative Hearing; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
