WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File RES 2054 accepted the Report of Completion for Replacement of Lead Water Service Line on Private Properties as requested by the Property Owner during the time period of July to September 2017; and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on February 7, 2018 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 63 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is herby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment is be payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
