WHEREAS on November 19, 2025, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RES 25-1491, said Resolution being Approving the City’s cost of providing Excessive Use of Inspection or Abatement services billed during April 22 to May 21, 2025, and setting date of Legislative Hearing for December 2, 2025 and City Council public hearing for February 11, 2026 to consider and levy the assessments against individual properties. (File No. J2602E, Assessment No. 268301); and
WHEREAS, Office of Financial Services staff indicated the mailing was missed due to technical error and the Legislative Hearing date of December 2, 2025 and City Council public hearing date of February 11, 2026, will not meet the deadline nor publishing notice as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the dates are now amended for the 6th day of January 2026 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in Room 330, Third Floor, City Hall Court House, in the City of Saint Paul and the public hearing on the 18th of February 2026 at the hour of 3:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that Council File No. RES 25-1547 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
