Making finding on the appealed of Gary Grimes to a nuisance abatement ordered for 314 WYOMING STREET EAST in Council File RLH SAO 26-46.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-46 on June 3, 2026 which granted an extension to July 10, 2026 to abate the nuisance conditions (vehicle abatement order) at 314 Wyoming Street East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on July 14, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions (vehicle abatement order) and found these conditions [were / were not] abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is [abated and the matter resolved / not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement].
