WHEREAS on June 21, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 17-42, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Fire Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed during December 12, 2016 to January 10, 2017. (File No. CRT1709, Assessment No. 178208); and
WHEREAS, the property at 475 Webster Street (595 Randolph Avenue), being described as: Ex Sts. Lots 7 Thru 12 Lying Sly of RR, with the property identification number 12-28-23-23-0127 was assessed an amount of $335; and
WHEREAS, Office of Financial Services staff recommends reducing the assessment from $335 to $180 (deleting the service fee of $155) and will re-bill owner for the $180, noting the main building fee of $180 was paid but the cold storage was not paid and went to assessment office but sent over on the wrong pin; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 17-42 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
