Preliminary Order setting the date of City Council public hearing for November 2, 2016 to consider approval of the 2017 Right-of-Way Maintenance Program and 2017 Above-Standard Lighting Operation and Maintenance Program. (File No. 17ROW FINAL)

In the matter of establishing the level of maintenance to be performed in the city of Saint Paul and the amount of assessments to be levied against benefited properties for the 2017 Right-of-Way Maintenance Program and 2017 Above-Standard Lighting Operation and Maintenance Program.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul, having received the report of the Mayor upon the above maintenance improvement and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $46,996,659, financed by Municipal State Aid, Trunk Highway Aid, County Aid, miscellaneous receipts, and Assessments.
2. That a public hearing be had on said maintenance improvement on the 2nd day of November, 2016, at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the maintenance improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
