Purpose of Appeal: Not actually a vbr. Pulled rental license, but inspector could not get in due to some uncooperative tenants who are in the middle of an eviction. Inspector said to appeal this when it happens. He said he left notes for you as well.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ozzy Zahran, O.I.G. Holdings, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 383 TORONTO STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and require a code compliance inspection; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
