Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Appellant would also like to appeal the $134 bill for not being compliant with a previous order, but staff told him that he would have to appeal it at an assessment hearing; however, appellant may still bring up this issue.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Brian Poppoff to a Correction Notice at 1013 CENTRAL AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to October 9, 2026 for compliance and delete pending excessive consumption inspection fee if the property is in compliance by October 9th, otherwise process as normal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
