Purpose of Appeal
-Rear Porch floor has been like this for 20+ years.  It has not changed structurally over the years.
-There is not enough room for a wall separation between the furnace and laundry; they have been together in that room since we have owned the house and with the prior owners.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Rent Money LLC - Christopher Manor to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1188 ROSS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
