Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1953 STILLWATER AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 20-17.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 20-17 on August 26, 2020 which granted an extension to September 15, 2020 to trim plants to 18 to 24 inches within 15 ft of the intersection and plants between 15 and 30 ft of the intersection may be 36 inches in height. Full compliance with codes next year, all plants within 30 ft of the intersection should be 18 inches or less to abate the nuisance conditions at 1953 Stillwater Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 6, 2020 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
