WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Joan R. Simpson to Cut Tall Grass and/or Weeds at 1953 STILLWATER AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to August 24, 2020 September 15, 2020 to trim plants to 18 to 24 inches within 15 ft of the intersection and plants between 15 and 30 ft of the intersection may be 36 inches in height. Full compliance with codes next year, all plants within 30 ft of the intersection should be 18 inches or less; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
