WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Taylor Swartwood to a Vacant Building Registration at 856 Euclid Street, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until September 30, 2023 to get Certificate of Occupancy reinstated with no corrections or property will revert to a Category 2 Vacant Building and will require a Code Compliance Inspection and waive the Vacant Building fee through September 30, 2023; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
