WHEREAS, in the matter of Taylor Swartwood to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 856 EUCLID STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) deny the appeal of the fuel burning equipment test and to extension to May 1, 2020; and 1) grant to May 1 for proof of chimney repair (both liner and flue gas test under permit 2) grant to June 15 for exterior work; and, 3) grant to July 1 for carpet order; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
