Making finding on the substantial abatement order of Julia Spencer, Greater MN Housing Corp. to a substantial abatement ordered for 1117 JENKS AVENUE in Council File RLH RR 23-10.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 23-10 on October 2, 2024 which granted 180 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 1117 Jenks Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on April 8, 2025 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated but will grant an addition 45 days to complete the rehabilitation and continue the $5,000 performance deposit as the rehab is 99% in completion; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated but will grant additional 45 days.
