Purpose of Appeal: Item #3, I believe driveway is properly serviceable. Item #7, The plumbing was in place prior to current ownership. I believe that this was reviewed prior to inspections with DSI. Item #16, Same as Item #7, I believe plumbing was reviewed with prior ownership with no issues. DSI letter postmarked 7/10/2017 and email to company on 7/11/2017. (see attached)

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Eric Eddy to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 658-660 THOMAS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to September 1, 2017 for all the plumbing items and grant to November 1, 2017 for the remaining items; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
