Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up Services during April 2012. (File No. J1211A, Assessment No. 128518)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-974 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of April 2 to April 30, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 15, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-379 - 1361 Barclay Street;
RLH TA 12-363 - 1020 Carroll Avenue;
RLH TA 12-364 - 1022 Carroll Avenue;
RLH TA 12-371 - 1506 Conway Street;
RLH TA 12-345 - 661 Geranium Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-410 - 581 Mendota Street;
RLH TA 12-411 - 992 Omaban Street;
RLH TA 12-362 - 719 Payne Avenue;
RLH TA 12-365 - 1291 St. Paul Avenue;
RLH TA 12-352 - 2040 Saunders Avenue;
RLH TA 12-390 - 1636 Taylor Avenue;
RLH TA 12-347 - 273 Topping Street; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
