Purpose of Appeal
Told to fix driveway behind garage. At this time it would be too costly. I spent over $2,000 on repairs. Between plumber and furnace man and inspector fees. My granddaughter who rents from us has been out of a job and could only pay us $600 since January 1, 2012.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Diane Ricci to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1118 PACIFIC STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the driveway; and deny the appeal on the main floor kitchen gas range and grant an extension to July 30, 2012 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
