WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ryan Kempenich to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1464 MINNEHAHA AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until August 20, 2018 to remove the full sinks, fridge, cabinets from the 2nd and 3rd floor and plumbing must be capped under permit or the property must be vacated; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
