Purpose of Appeal: I am appealing the due date of order. More time is needed to clean up the mess, and there are other factors that are preventing this to be completed in a timely matter.

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Appellant told staff that he does not live at the property. His brother lives there. He or his brother will be at the Legislative Hearing, but it won't be a problem if both appear. -rrn
Photos of vehicles for hearing would be useful. As long as inspector is there, updated photos of SAO items would be good. -MM

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Paul Stefanyshyn to a Summary Abatement Order and Vehicle Abatement Order at 98 GARFIELD STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny and grant to February 22, 2019 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
