WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mark Schuch to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation & Order to Vacate, Summary Abatement Order and 2 Vehicle Abatement Orders at 1004 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends the following, noting that the Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation & Order to Vacate of August 10, 2018 was lifted by the Department of Safety and Inspections on August 23, 2018 and the balance of the orders were converted correction orders:
1) Correction Notice dated August 23, 2018: No extension to deadline of September 13, 2048 for compliance all the interior orders and ceasing scrapping operations (numbers 2-8) and an extension granted to October 15, 2018 for compliance with the exterior orders listed (numbers 1, 9, 10, 11) and an extension granted to November 15, 2018 for compliance with the exterior orders to replace the missing siding (number 9).
