WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH VO 18-43 on September 12, 2018 which granted an extension to October 1, 2018 to abate the nuisance conditions for the vehicle and summary abatement orders at 1004 Edmund Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 2, 2018 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were substanitially abated and the remaining item will be addressed in a new summary abatement order; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
