Title
Appeal of Mark Younghans to a Correction Notice-Reinspection Complaint at 1191 EARL STREET.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, September 28 October 5, 2021, teleconference between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: I have gotten bids from multiple contractors. They have bid 20k + if I do a full restoration, but they say that it is not required. They said the wall is safe and secure. That I can tuck point to prevent future issues. Each company has been very busy and said they might not be able to get to it this year which has been the problem. I've already secured the wall previously to this correction notice. The inspector believes it could still be an issue so he sent this correction notice. I believe the wall is safe and secure as is and that this correction notice is not needed.
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: August 30, 2021
