WHEREAS, the May 1, 2015 - April 30, 2018 Maintenance Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the United Association of Plumbers, Local 34 and Sprinkler Fitters, Local Union No. 417 was approved by City Council on October 14, 2015; and

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the United Association of Plumbers, Local 34 and Sprinkler Fitters, Local Union No. 417 have a tentative May 1, 2018 - April 30, 2021 Maintenance Labor Agreement that, once approved, shall be effective as of May 1, 2018 (or closest pay period); Now Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.03 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached May 1, 2018 - April 30, 2021 Maintenance Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the United Association of Plumbers, Local 34 and Sprinkler Fitters, Local Union No. 417.
