Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 183 WYOMING STREET EAST in Council File RLH SAO 23-51.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 23-51 on January 24, 2024 which granted an extension to May 17, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions (removal or proper storage of wood/firewood) at 183 Wyoming Street East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 21, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
