WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Joseph & Patricia Rigatuso to a Correction Order at 2135 LOWER SAINT DENNIS ROAD, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grants until September 1, 2015 to reduce the volume of excessive accumulation throughout by 50%; grants until October 1, 2015 for heave content; allow access to garage; grant until November 1, 2015 for compliance; all passage ways must be at least 4-ft to doors and windows; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
