WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ruby Nguyen to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 777 SIXTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant extensions for the following from the July 20, 2020 Fire Certificate of Occupancy Orders Revoking the Certificate and Ordering the Building Vacated:
1) Inspection to occur on August 20, 2020 at 2 p.m. to confirm compliance with the following orders: 1, 2, 4, 9, 11, 12, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 30, 2nd part of 31, 36, 37, 38, 41, 43, 44, 2nd part of 45 note, these items were compliance at the reinspection;
2) Grant to September 11, 2020 for the following items: 7, 8, 10, 14, 17, 33, 42, 1st part of 45
3) Grant to November 1, 2020 for the following items: 3, 5, 6, 13, 15, 26, 29, first part of 31, 32, 34, 35, 39, 40; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
