WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Thang Nguyen to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1032 SIXTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) waive the vacant building fee for 90 days, 2) change to a Category 1 Vacant Building and if Fire Certificate of Occupancy is not reinstated within 30 45 days, change to Category 2 Vacant Building, and 3) require the basement and SE bedroom locks must be removed; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
