Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): PO is now living with a disability and cannot no longer use service

Staff Comments: PO became partially disabled about two years ago but has been increasingly unable to use service and requested cancellation. Public Works staff verified with the hauler that no yard waste has been collected this year. The period to remove yard waste charges without a hearing has closed. PO called July 17.  Staff recommends removing yard waste assessment.
