Legislative Hearing Staff Comments
7/25/17 SAO for removing wood debris and litter near the alley and overhanging vegetation in alley ROW. Notice went to previous owner and occupant. The order should have had his name on it, but he is the occupant, so I consider it notice. Note, the work was done by the owner/owner's brother. Owner reports he was out of country July 18-August 16, 2017 - the relevant time period. Neither he nor his brother currently live at the property. -Marcia
