Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Application for Appeal was received by the wrong City department on 12/21/21 and received by City Clerk on 1/6/22. Staff found a Correction Notice dated 1/3/22.  Legislative Hearing Coordinator said the main item being appealed is the vacant building.  Opened VB file on 12/13/21 as Category 2 Single Family Dwelling.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Maher Safi to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1354 SHERBURNE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
