Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Moved in to my home in Setember of 2018. I called both the City and Advanced disposal to set up service. Did not recive a bill untill I recived my first late notice in March. Called the hauler and they said they were sending the bill to the previous owner. I offered to pay the bill. but also discovered that they were billing me for the wrong size. i sent them the infomation confirming this and requested a new invoice. Not reciving the invoice after a number of days, I went on line to pay the amount I owed for the size cart I had. Afterwards recived bills and notices that have conflicting amaounts and also showing that my bill for an cart I did not recive has been sent to my tax rolls. I will provide supporting documents at the hearing.
Staff Comments: According to information provided by Advanced Disposal, the property owner paid $70.34 for the small weekly cart he has on 4/4/19. Staff recommends deleting the assessment entirely.
