Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?
Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): My trash has not been picked up since September 30, 2019. I phoned in a request for a temporary service hold months ago.
Staff Comments: Bill is for one 94-gallon container with a charge of $24 for 8 extra bags and three finance fees of $4.38. Representative from Waste Management stated that they had not received a request for a temporary service hold for the property. They stated that the property owner did call on 01/15/2020 and stated that they were looking for a vacation hold. However, there are no records of a hold being put into place. In addition, since September 2019, there have been no reports of the trash not being put out for collection. Therefore, staff recommends approving the assessment.
