Appeal of Mary Callander to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1378 LINCOLN AVENUE.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, August 9, 2022, teleconference 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: Ceiling beams have already been done by my sister hiring someone to attached. This is what they look like after fixing. They are decorative, non weight bearing and have been fixed as well as it can be. This is the home I grew up in and bought when my sister died. I now live in a 4 level split and could see a time coming when I did not want to do stairs being 83 this fall. This home has been in my family since the 1930's. I plan on moving back and so I want everything fixed. The mechanical engines came on July 27. The dryer thing is being fixed as we speak and I have sent in the affidavit. Thanks, Mary.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mary Callander to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1378 LINCOLN AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until January 1, 2023 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
