Approving the application for change of ownership to the Liquor Off Sale and Tobacco Shop license now held by 3 Seashells Inc. d/b/a Mick’s Bottle Shop/Perrier (License ID #20240000487) for the premises located at 666 Grand Avenue.

WHEREAS, 3 Seashells d/b/a Mick’s Bottle Shop/Perrier (License ID #20240000487) applied for a change of ownership to the Liquor Off Sale and Tobacco Shop license on March 28, 2024, for the premises 666 Grand Avenue, in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the license application notification was sent out by the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) on April 5, 2024, with a response date of April 20, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the notification no objections or comments were received; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the change of ownership for the Liquor Off Sale and Tobacco Shop license is hereby approved and issued to 3 Seashells Inc. d/b/a Mick’s Bottle Shop/Perrier (License ID #20240000487) for the premises located at 666 Grand Avenue, in Saint Paul with the following existing licensing conditions:
1. Licensee acknowledges that the only items permitted to be sold on the premises are those specifically authorized for an exclusive liquor store under Minnesota Statue 340A.412 Subd. 14.
2. The sale of tobacco products requires additional licensing by the City of St. Paul.
