WHEREAS, Reuter Walton d/b/a The Donegan (License ID 20240000458) applied for a Parking Ramp (Private) license for the premises located at 241 Kellogg Boulevard East, in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on March 27, 2024, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; with a response date of April 11, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the March 27, 2024, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the Parking Ramp (Private) license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Parking Ramp (Private) license is hereby approved and issued to Reuter Walton d/b/a The Donegan (License ID 20240000458) for the premises located at 241 Kellogg Boulevard East, in Saint Paul with no existing licensing conditions.
