WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 24-9 on March 6, 2024 which granted an extension to March 18, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1341 Case Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on March 19, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions partially abated with the February 8, 2024 Summary Abatement Order and department authorized to take action if trailer is not abated when inspected Thursday, March 21, 2024 forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement from February 8, 2024 order on March 21, 2024 forthcoming.
