WHEREAS on February 14, 2024, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 23-104 to ratify the assessment for Excessive Use of Inspection or Abatement services billed during May 22, 2023 to June 21, 2023. (File No. J2403E, Assessment No. 248302); and
WHEREAS, the property at 703 Fuller Avenue , being described as: Butterfield Syndicate Addition No 1 Lot 25 Blk 2, with the property identification number 35-29-23-41-0101 was assessed an amount of $169; and
WHEREAS, current owner, Rydel Anderson, requests that the assessment be reviewed for reconsideration as he purchased on May 2, 2024 and did not received notice of the order; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this file and recommended that the City Council delete the assessment since the order went to the previous owner after their ownership ended; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $169, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 23-104 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
