WHEREAS, Core LLC, d/b/a Core Pilates and Yoga (License ID 20240000186) applied for a Health/Sport Club - New Location license for the premises located at 700 Grand Avenue Suite 100, in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on February 12, 2024, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and
WHEREAS, in response to the February 12, 2024, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the Health/Sport Club - New Location license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Health/Sport Club - New Location license is hereby approved and issued to Core LLC, d/b/a Core Pilates and Yoga (License ID 20240000186) for the premises located at 700 Grand Avenue Suite 100, in Saint Paul with no existing license conditions.
