Purpose of Appeal:  *Don't need a scheduled hearing* Just need to change your letter from vacant to occupied. Home is NOT VACANT. I'm daughter of (property) owner and reside at the address above. You should have sent out a letter to see if any other occupants. (not assume)

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jennifer Melendez to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 743 WILSON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and is released from the Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
