WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 24-8 on February 21, 2024 which granted an extension to February 23, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1472 Sherburne Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on February 27 and March 5, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions partially abated and department authorized to take action Monday, March 11, 2024; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement on March 11, 2024.
