Amending the 2024 spending budget in the Department of Public Works' Electric Vehicle Maintenance accounting unit.
Body
WHEREAS, the ELECTRIC VEHICLE MAINTENANCE accounting unit is expecting to incur service costs that are more than the adopted budget; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient savings in salaries and fringes to cover the above costs; therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2024 budget in the Public Works' ELECTRIC VEHICLE MAINTENANCE accounting unit, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
